stdio: remove now-unnecessary stdio.c
Since stdio.in.h no longer uses inline functions, we no longer
need to compile the extern versions.
* lib/stdio.c: Remove.
* modules/stdio (Files): Remove lib/stdio.c.
(lib_SOURCES): Remove.
