Remove macros that are no longer needed now that stdint.h is
reliable.
* fsusage.c (UINTMAX_MAX): Remove.
* human.c (SIZE_MAX, UINTMAX_MAX): Remove.
* utimecmp.c (SIZE_MAX): Remove.
