(gl_WCHAR_H_DEFAULTS): Initialize GNULIB_WCSCMP, HAVE_WCSCMP. * modules/wchar (Makefile.am): Substitute GNULIB_WCSCMP, HAVE_WCSCMP. * tests/test-wchar-c++.cc: Test the declaration of wcscmp. * doc/posix-functions/wcscmp.texi: Mention the new module.
