stdio: Work around compilation error due to renameat() on Solaris 10.
* lib/stdio.in.h: Include <unistd.h> on Solaris.
* lib/renameat.c: Don't include <unistd.h> here.
* doc/posix-functions/renameat.texi: Mention the Solaris problem.
