* modules/symlinkat-tests: Split readlinkat test...
* modules/readlinkat-tests: ...into separate module.
* tests/test-symlinkat.c: Split...
* tests/test-readlinkat.c: ...into new file.
* NEWS: Document the split.
* doc/posix-functions/readlinkat.texi (readlinkat): Likewise.
* lib/unistd.in.h (readlinkat): Likewise.
