(gl_MATH_H_DEFAULTS): Initialize GNULIB_FMAF, HAVE_FMAF, REPLACE_FMAF. * modules/math (Makefile.am): Substitute GNULIB_FMAF, HAVE_FMAF, REPLACE_FMAF. * modules/fmaf: New file. * doc/posix-functions/fmaf.texi: Mention the new module and the various bugs.
