New module 'fmaf'.
* lib/math.in.h (fmaf): New declaration.
* lib/fmaf.c: New file.
* m4/fmaf.m4: New file.
* m4/math_h.m4 (gl_MATH_H): Test whethern fmaf is declared.
(gl_MATH_H_DEFAULTS): Initialize GNULIB_FMAF, HAVE_FMAF, REPLACE_FMAF.
* modules/math (Makefile.am): Substitute GNULIB_FMAF, HAVE_FMAF,
REPLACE_FMAF.
* modules/fmaf: New file.
