(gl_WCHAR_H_DEFAULTS): Initialize GNULIB_WCSNCPY, HAVE_WCSNCPY. * modules/wchar (Makefile.am): Substitute GNULIB_WCSNCPY, HAVE_WCSNCPY. * tests/test-wchar-c++.cc: Test the declaration of wcsncpy. * doc/posix-functions/wcsncpy.texi: Mention the new module.
