[MSVC] Explicit instantiation to avoid undefined references.
* MArray-i.cc (xmin<int>, xmax<int>): Explicit instantiation.
(xmin<long>, xmax<long>): Likewise.
* MArray-s.cc (xmin<short>, xmax<short>): Likewise.
