(gl_WCHAR_H_DEFAULTS): Initialize GNULIB_WCSCSPN, HAVE_WCSCSPN. * modules/wchar (Makefile.am): Substitute GNULIB_WCSCSPN, HAVE_WCSCSPN. * tests/test-wchar-c++.cc: Test the declaration of wcscspn. * doc/posix-functions/wcscspn.texi: Mention the new module.
