New module 'unictype/category-longname'.
* lib/unictype.in.h (uc_general_category_long_name): New declaration.
* lib/unictype/categ_longname.c: New file.
* modules/unictype/category-longname: New file.
* modules/unictype/category-all (Depends-on): Add it.
