sys_socket: Hide mismatch of declarations on NonStop Kernel. * lib/sys_socket.in.h (connect, bind, sendto, setsockopt): Use _GL_CXXALIAS_SYS_CAST instead of _GL_CXXALIAS_SYS. Reported by Joachim Schmitz <jojo@schmitz-digital.de>.
