Track CVS Autoconf on AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS.
* m4/extensions.m4 (AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS): Update to CVS
Autoconf definition.

AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS with autoconf <= 2.59.
