qacl: port to MS-Windows port of GNU Emacs
* lib/acl-errno-valid.c (acl_errno_valid) [ENOTSUP == ENOSYS]:
Omit the duplicate ENOTSUP case. Needed for the MS-Windows
port of GNU Emacs. Problem reported by Eli Zaretskii in
<http://bugs.gnu.org/14295#14>.
