(Depends-on): Update dependencies. * modules/remainder-ieee (Files): Add m4/remainder-ieee.m4. (configure.ac): Invoke gl_FUNC_REMAINDER_IEEE. * doc/posix-functions/remainder.texi: Mention the remainder-ieee module.
