Update from libc.
Adjust for portability:
[HAVE_STDLIB_H]: Include stdlib.h.
[HAVE_BP_SYM_H || _LIBC]: Guard inclusion of bp-sym.h.
Undef __memchr, too.
[!weak_alias]: Define __memchr to memchr.
