sigprocmask tests: A better way to avoid a compiler warning.
* tests/test-sigprocmask.c: Don't include "ignore-value.h".
(main): Complain if system() returns non-zero.
* modules/sigprocmask-tests (Depends-on): Remove ignore-value.
