mbsrtowcs: Move AC_LIBOBJ invocations to module description.
* m4/mbsrtowcs.m4 (gl_FUNC_MBSRTOWCS): Move AC_LIBOBJ and
gl_PREREQ_MBSRTOWCS invocations from here...
* modules/mbsrtowcs (configure.ac): ... to here.
