(_setmaxstdio): Redefine it. * m4/getdtablesize.m4 (gl_PREREQ_GETDTABLESIZE): New macro. * modules/getdtablesize (Depends-on): Add msvc-inval. (configure.ac): Invoke gl_PREREQ_GETDTABLESIZE.
