First possibility for level 1.

- Car Accident / Stomped by an elephant = Your job is to fix all the broken bones and dislocations in the victim. To do this, you PUNCH the bones into place. It could be a long bone, like the femur. You get to the arena, and you have muscles and infections in the way. Infections are the mobs that are trying to stop you, they feed off of the fracture. So you beat them and you hit the muscles to get them out of the way. Once the area is clear, you punch the ground (slam) or you do uppercuts from below to put the bone in its place. Once its in place, the arena ends and you proceed to the next set of broken bones.

The next bones to fix are the rib cage. You are climbing up the ribcage, hitting the bones to put them in place. You can land on the ribs and slam to move them down or you can uppercut to move them up. The idea is to snap them all into place as you climb the entire ribcage up. The last area of the ribcage is to fix the sternum which has been offset from its original location. You need to grab the bad buys and trow them at the sternum wall to move it little by little. Once fixed you exit up.

The last part of the level is a serious infection and the neck seems to be broken. It's still in place, and you have to be careful to not move it, because if you do, the victim will become paraplegic. so you need to remove the infection without accidentally hitting the vertebrae. you open a wound on the side of the neck (opposite the location of the spine) and your job is to punch the infection out of the hole. In that area, you get the boss. He is some a slimy goop of puss. Infection comes out of him as drops of that puss. you cant kill him, you need to punch him out of the body by the hole you made. So you punch him and you throw his minions at him to make him heavier and slower. He gets stunned after X number of minions are attached to him. At that point, you can go and punch him directly and he will stumble backwards. Eventually he will fall out of the hole.

What do you think?

We could start with the Femur area and take it from there.

Sounds fun, yet complicated, but maybe a couple of small sketches could clarify !
